This project required approximately one year to complete and encompassed an entire branding package and marketing assets including photography, business cards, and property cards. These materials and photography were essential during the preleasing phase. They helped produce approximately 40% occupancy before the actual opening and continued to provide support towards reaching the 95% occupancy rate Regency strives for.
